About the Event

We care about our skin and hair. We spend many hours on grooming and polishing them from outside with make-up, creams and all sorts of solutions. This time we will learn with Olga Bonde how to care for skin and hair from within, so we get a strong healthy foundation for our glowing self.

Join us for this session where we shall discuss simple and practical steps on supporting your skin, hair as well as touch the subject of anti-ageing strategies that work. During this workshop you will learn about what actually create a basis of healthy, glowing, inflammation free skin, what makes your hair shiny and strong, what nutrients are essential for this part of our female health, where to get them from and how to incorporate them into your daily diet without making too much of an effort.

We shall also discuss whether supplements can help, when they work and when they don`t, and how to choose ones suitable for your particular circumstances. A PDF handout with some practical tips & recipes will be emailed to you after the workshop.

Olga Bonde is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and runs her clinic in Backheath, London, specialising in gut and hormonal health. She works with women struggling with their hormonal balance or going through perimenopause/menopause, supporting them through every stage. Having spent years working in the area of gut health, Olga strongly believes that many health issues we are facing as women can be solved through addressing wellbeing of our digestive tract. Therefore her approach to health is strongly gut-centric, backed up by robust scientific research.
