After last year, (remember 2020) it's time to turn a page and usually most New Year resolutions are focused on health so what better way to start apllying those wishes than by joining me and Olga Bonde (registered nutritional therapist) for our first session in a series of monthly webinars related to nutrition.

In this session we shall discuss simple doable steps to bringing your gut into top performance.This workshop will give you much better understanding of how your digestive system works, what the gut actually is, and what causes particular symptoms you might be experiencing (gas, bloating, acid reflux, food sensitivities, etc), what these symptoms mean for your personal health, and what can be done to eliminate them.

You will learn what aspects of your diet and lifestyle affect your gut health, and what you can do to improve it.

We also touch on the subject of fermented foods, probiotics, how antibiotics work in our gut, how nutrients get absorbed (and why they might not be), when supplementation is necessary, what are the myths and what are the latest science findings in the field of gut health.

Olga Bonde is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and runs her clinic in Backheath, London, specialising in gut and hormonal health. She works with women struggling with their hormonal balance or going through perimenopause/menopause, supporting them through every stage. Having spent years working in the area of gut health, Olga strongly believes that many health issues we are facing as women can be solved through addressing wellbeing of our digestive tract. Therefore her approach to health is strongly gut-centric, backed up by robust scientific research
