About the event
This program has started and registration is closed. If you are interested in joining future programs with Cat Moyle, please get in touch with Cat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At The Overthinkers Spa, we are inviting you to don your white fluffy bathrobes and join us inside the virtual jacuzzi to find out:
🌀 how to wind down the overactive mind.
🌀 that the answers are not underneath the meditation mat or in books but from your head to your toes.
🌀 how the very nature of your being can help.
🌀 how to give your nervous system a well needed massage.
The symptoms of overthinking are:
📌not remember when was the last time your mind was quite
📌thoughts keep you up in the night and find it hard to fall asleep
📌 struggling with relationships as overthinking stops us from being present
📌 finding it hard to focus
📌 revisiting past conversations in our head
📌 worrying about things even when there is no real reason for it
📌 getting easily frustrated
📌 finding it hard to relax, switch off and rest, without the usual suspects: Netflix, an extra glass of wine, media
We have limited spaces at the Spa as we want to make it cosy, so if this sounds interesting, secure your place as soon as you can. Last day to sign up is 23rd of October 📌
The Spa is accessible to all (even if you can't meditate for toffee and you are not a yogi)
And you don't even need to dig out your swimming costume.
We will meet online for six sessions from 27th of October (evenings GMT/CET).
You can join live or watch the recordings.
You will have a space to interact with Cat and your new spa friends between sessions through the Facebook Group.
Since it is our first time running The Overthinkers Spa, we offer it for £150 at a 40% discount.
The six sessions are:
27/10 - Spa Opening Session (Live call)
3/11 - Session 2 (Live call)
10/11 - Self practice week
17/11 - Session 3 (Live call)
24/11 - Session 4 (Live call)
1/12 - Self practice week
8/12 - Session 5 (Live call)
15/12 - Spa Closing session (Live call)
Cat Moyle will lead us through the sessions exploring our whole humanness (not just the thinking bit).
We will draw on the elements as inspiration.
We will use honest conversations over virtual coffee.
We will do a gentle and accessible movement that tells us a LOT about ourselves.
We will practice brilliant breathing techniques.
And we will harness the power of having a bit of a laugh to get us back into our whole bodies and - for more moments than you might be used to recently - out of our overthinking minds.
So we can rest, focus, connect and feel like we are living again, not just thinking about it.
Cat Moyle is obsessed with bodies. She is an Embodiment Coach and an Intuitive Bodyworker, and a Certified Amanae Practitioner.
She is a fierce believer in you and your body's ability to deal with whatever life throws at you. She understands the powerful connection between our bodies and how we do life.
She works with overthinkers and entrepreneurs, supporting them to plug into the wisdom below the neck as a way of becoming calmer (sometimes), more present, more connected to their whole selves and those around them.
She is committed to sharing what she learns that might help you remember that via online programmes, group workshops and one to one sessions or in any conversation at any gathering where the music is a bit rubbish.
She is also a yogi, novice meditator, over-sharer, altruist, optimist, prolific swearer, dancefloor demon and a massive fan of sounds and the sea.
A few Testimonials - working with Cat
I have enjoyed working with Cat so thoroughly. Her down to earth spirit, her soft kind eyes, the space she holds and the techniques she gently weaves throughout the sessions provide such a refreshing alternative as a way of gaining meaningful insights and as a way of accessing one’s own inner wisdom compared with the headyness of so many talk therapies. Although the work can at times feel so subtle it is deeply profound and has left me with a strong heart felt gratitude for you and the work you bring into the world. Thank you Cat x
I just wanted to say that the two sessions were so well run and a good mix of practical, interactive & informative You hold the sessions together well It's been really useful in my quest to reconnect with my embodied-self and balance up the amount of time I spend in my head/thoughts.
