Shamanic Drumming Circle

Drums are the oldest musical and healing instruments, used by many cultures around the world, their powerful rich resonance talks to something primal within us all and mirrors our very essence and vitality, the beat of our hearts.

Durring this shamanic drumming circle we are going to follow the powerful vibrations of the drum and it will help you surrender into an altered state of consciousness, outside of the day to day and connect with the power of your spirit, the healing power within you and your subconscious. No previous experience required. Only for adults.

There will be a number of drums that you can borrow and you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own if you own them. We will email you before the event to see how many drums we need and who is bringin their own.

Together with the drum we will cast away the pains, hurt, stress and negative patterns in our lives and call in life, that vibrant beating heart of life.

Wear loose-fitting clothes for comfort and bring a water bottle, or a blanket to sit comfortably on.

This event is held outside at the walled garden in Oxlea Wood. The exact location and more info how to find will be sent out in the week before the event. If the weather is not acceptable then we will reschedule the event and ticktes will be fully refunded.
