💚 Learn how to take steps toward others in ways that honour your desires and your boundaries. Tony and Sarah Pletts invite you to co-create presence, attention and vulnerability, as keys to opening our hearts.

💚 In this Solstice event we welcome your curiosity about love – for yourself, in relation to another, and in wider circles. You may be feeling desperate to connect physically with others. You may feel reluctant to step into company; or be uncertain about what you want. The human condition is one of delicious paradoxes - just as exploring grief can unlock our love of life; exploring love can bring us grief, unearth our longing and unmet needs.

💚 This is an experiential workshop to encourage routes to human connection. We will be using both words, non-verbal communication and simple acts of ceremony. It may include optional, fully clothed touch ( depending on the social distancing rules and yourself ). There will be some exercises in the whole group and some in pairs. What we offer is designed to be suitable for people who do not know each other, although of course you’re welcome to come along with a partner or friend. We welcome people of any gender, sexuality and relationship form.

💚 Please bring something small that connects you to ‘love’ to place on our communal shrine for the evening (that you can retrieve at the end).

💚 Tony and Sarah have been exploring love and intimacy together and with others for many years, expanding trust and honesty on the way. They live in London with a partner and chosen family. Hundreds of people have come through the doors of their ‘Sensation Seekers Diner’ to discover a menu of possibilities that open when you ask for what you want. They facilitate heart opening experiences on the theme of Love and Loss. Sarah loves to lie in the bath, discover the stories of her ancestors and savour the moment before a kiss. Tony loves to travel to the edge in every respect, but has no desire to fall over it.

The Monday Club is held every week in Blackheath Village, at the cafe inside The Conservatoire.
