Dani Tonks the founder of Wild Play Lab invites you to stir the playful pot! Find your edge, get out of your comfort zone and fully embrace your weird and wonderful self in the comfort of your own home.
Using play as a tool for self transformation & empowerment we'll explore new ways to unlock creative blocks, release stored tension and create more space for our intuitive self to emerge. These methods playfully bring awareness to our unconscious behavioural patterns so we can consciously dismantle our limiting habits in a fun, accessible and safe environment.
This workshop includes elements of the following:
- Creative writing and storytelling.
- Imaginative play.
- Movement and dance.
There are three workshops in the series of The Power of Play:25th of February, 25th of March and 15th of April. We’ll be exploring different playful methods each week to bring a unique flavour for every workshop.
Join us, your inner child will love you for it!

"Insane. I had a terrific time losing myself into play. It was food and medicine for the soul. Dani holds it beautifully as always. Thanks for making it happen" - F. Llopis,
"One of the best things I’ve done this year. It’s a wonderful reminder to tap into the essence of your inner child and just LET GO. I left feeling so grounded and connected to my body sensations." F. Alzari
"What a wonderful play session that was. This time it felt incredibly delicate and tender as well as the usual contagious laughter. Dani holds the group well, and is dynamic to the needs of the group. Pulled up and out of yourself so you can feel you have left your old skin behind. Shiny and new" - Charlie. R
